We believe that charging candidates’ fees creates an unfair barrier to employment and undermines the dignity of work.
By eliminating these fees, we level the playing field and provide equal opportunities for everyone. This model has helped to help countless Filipinos find fulfilling careers.
Key Achievements and Contributions
Since 1999, Staffhouse has been crucial in matching top talent with leading companies in various sectors. Whether it’s healthcare, construction, food and beverage, or tech startups, we’ve helped businesses succeed by providing them with the right people.
For instance, we recently partnered with the Government of New Brunswick, Canada, to address the province’s urgent need for healthcare workers. We’re recruiting skilled professionals from the Philippines to enhance the local healthcare system.
In 2023, we also helped the Government of Manitobahold a recruitment mission in the Philippines for healthcare professionals. Nearly 90% of the candidates who were offered jobs during the recruitment mission to the Philippines have accepted positions across the province.
On the other side of the world, we worked with recruitment and placement agency Adecco New Zealand to recruit Filipino workers for positions in various New Zealand cities, such as Christchurch, Nelson, and Wellington.
Beyond job placement, the partnership included support for the workers’ immigration process. Adecco New Zealand’s pastoral team provided an induction period, including classroom training, practical tool demonstrations, and essential personal protective equipment (PPE). The agency also helped newcomers acclimate by offering local and Filipino cuisine during their induction.
