The Staffhouse Way of Hiring: Staffhouse Recruitment Process
Here at Staffhouse International Resources, we value the time and effort of all our well-skilled applicants. For almost two decades, we have been serving the Filipino people, assisting their growth and providing them the opportunity in finding the right career, in turn, building their hope for a better future.
As such, we have a well-formulated, yet, a simple process when it comes to hiring new applicants. Each step was put in place to better assist every hopeful that would trust us in providing them a stepping stone towards a great career ahead. Through these starting steps, we are able to determine which would work best for every applicant, in terms of their skill sets, experience, and preferred work setting:
Staffhouse Recruitment Agency in the Philippines: Recruitment Process
1). Submission of CV/Resume
This is usually the first step in every job application when the applicant would submit his/her resume. This can either be done online, via our webpage, or through a walk-in application. Nonetheless, we check every CV that goes through our office, missing no applications during the process.
2). Pre-qualification
The next step involves our recruitment team, which pre-qualifies the CVs/resumes based on the employer’s requirements (educational background, work experiences, licenses, etc.). This is the part of the process in which we would sort out the applicants via their general profile, thus matching them with a well-fitted job and position. With Staffhouse being an industry leader throughout the years, we’ve earned the trust of the world’s biggest companies. Thus, our applicants would never run out of options when it comes to their potential employers.
3). Shortlisting
The next step involves the Employers who shortlist the CVs/resumes that were pre-qualified by the Recruitment Team. This may be another stage of sorting out which employees would be fit for the job and the position. In such a case, we advise all our applicants to provide their complete information, to showcase their full past job experiences and potential.
4). Employer’s Interview
This is the stage where the employer interviews the shortlisted applicants. This may be done online, but mostly face-to-face. Nonetheless, there is nothing to worry about as it is just like any other job interview, in which the employer asks questions that would determine whether the shortlisted candidates are indeed the ones that they are looking for.
5). Job Offer Negotiation and Acceptance
This may occur on the spot or a week after the day of the interview. This is when the job description, salary, and other benefits would be discussed with the applicant. At this point, the applicant may either choose to accept the offer or go for another option. Either way, the opportunities are endless with Staffhouse International Resources.
With that said, don’t hesitate to coordinate with us at Staffhouse International Resources. We are a 100% Filipino-owned recruitment agency in the Philippines recruiting top-level professionals.
